Cailey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University in Indiana, where she competed as a cross country and track athlete. She retired from the sport after a hip injury that limited her return to running. In recent years, she received treatment for her pelvic floor allowing her to return to her full stride and back to what she loves. This path drew her to the pelvic floor branch of physical therapy.
Prior to treating pelvic floor physical therapy, Cailey treated in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Here she honed her skills with low back pain and a multitude of orthopedic conditions. She is certified and practices level 1 dry needling as well as a full body assessment technique called SFMA. She believes bodies are dynamic requiring a holistic approach to care and assessment. She approaches therapy as a team with her clients, helping them in their path to get back to what they love.
When not treating you can find Cailey in the mountains skiing and backpacking, or in Denver enjoying her yoga studio or a good long walk.
