Ines is a physical therapist committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive and often difficult topics. She believes in a collaborative, team-based approach to care, working closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that fits their unique needs and goals.

Ines has always had a strong passion for movement, health, and rehabilitation. Her path to physical therapy was shaped by her own experiences as a patient, giving her a deep understanding of how empowering and transformative care can be. From recovering from mild ankle sprains to managing complex pelvic pain, Ines truly understands what it’s like to be on the other side of the treatment table.

Ines holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, a Master’s in Health Promotion, and a Bachelor’s in Health Behavior Science. Prior to becoming a PT, Ines worked in personal training, fitness, and clinical research, which now inform her holistic, whole-person approach.

Ines is always seeking to further her education and is currently trained in pelvic health, general orthopedic conditions, visceral manipulation/mobilization, and dry needling.

Outside the clinic, Ines enjoys spending time with her partner, their two dogs, and close friends. She stays active through acroyoga, hiking, climbing, traveling, weightlifting, and dance.
