RESIDENCY PROGRAM AT N2 PHYSICAL THERAPY

Program Overview

The Pelvic Health Clinical Residency is a full-time, hybrid program combining in-person clinical mentorship with virtual and live didactic education.

Program Length: 12–13 months
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Positions Available: 2 residents per cycle
Format: Hybrid (in-person and virtual)
Clinical Commitment: Approximately 30 hours/week patient care
Education Commitment: Approximately 10 hours/week structured learning
Primary Location: Denver (Uptown) with rotations across multiple clinics

What You’ll Learn

Residents receive progressive training in:

• Pelvic health evaluation and treatment across the lifespan
• Pelvic pain, pregnancy, postpartum, and complex pelvic conditions
• Integrated orthopedic and pelvic health management
• Male pelvic health and oncology considerations
• Bowel, bladder, and prolapse management
• Surgical considerations and medication implications
• Pediatric and adolescent pelvic health fundamentals
• Advanced pelvic floor examination and treatment techniques
• Abdominal and pressure management strategies
• Meaningful subjective and objective clinical reasoning
• Case-based mentorship and guided decision-making

Learning occurs through lectures, lab immersion, 1:1 mentoring, case reviews, journal clubs, shadowing, and interdisciplinary observation experiences.

Interdisciplinary Exposure Opportunities

Residents may observe and collaborate with professionals in:

• Gynecology
• Gastroenterology
• Colorectal care

• Urgent care and internal medicine
• Functional medicine
• Pain management

• Chiropractic care
• Labor & delivery nursing
• Nutrition
• Mental health and sex therapy

Program Directors

Residents are supported by board-certified clinicians and trained resident mentors with advanced clinical expertise, teaching experience, and program leadership training.

Mentors are accessible throughout the clinical week to support learning, case discussion, and skill development.

Compensation & Program Benefits

  • Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually
  • Program Fees: None
  • Continuing Education: will tailor accordingly but approximately $3000 direct compensation     for courses, dry needling is required.
