A Different Kind of Care
Marsha practices nursing, not medicine — an approach she believes is inherently holistic. Her treatment plans and medical management are always evidence-based. She does not sell or profit from aesthetic products or services, supplements, pellets, weight loss products, or unnecessary labwork. What you get instead is her full clinical judgment, focused entirely on your health.
Every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. Chronic symptoms can be deeply personal — and sometimes overwhelming. Marsha’s role is to partner with you: to listen carefully, validate your experience, and help you understand what’s happening in your body with clarity and compassion, in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Collaborative, Whole-Person Care
Marsha works alongside pelvic floor physical therapists, mental health specialists, registered nutritionists and dietitians, acupuncturists, urogynecologists, colorectal specialists, and your primary care provider as needed — because your health rarely lives in one lane. The goal is always the same: helping you feel more confident, comfortable, and at home in your body.
What to Expect
Many specialists tack on a facility fee and see you for a fraction of your scheduled time. Marsha doesn’t. Every appointment is a full hour with an initial visit, spent entirely one-on-one with a clinician who has over 40 years of experience — no facility fee, no rooming with other patients, no rushing.
- Initial appointment: 60 minutes, 1:1 with Marsha — $200
- Follow-up appointment: 30 minutes, 1:1 with Marsha — $100
- No facility fees, ever
