Dr. Alayna Callanan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and has a background in environmental consulting. A personal injury led her to experience the immense benefits of physical therapy and decide to change careers to help others as she was helped herself. After many years of schooling before and during the doctoral program, she gained the tools and knowledge to help people improve their function and return to their passions.

Alayna strives to prioritize patient autonomy and ensure every person feels safe and cared for during their rehabilitation journey. She takes a holistic approach to treating each person as a whole; Alayna believes pelvic floor therapy is a “missing link” to the standard outpatient orthopedic approach to care.

She strives for growth in her personal and professional pursuits, always looking to improve and expand her knowledge. Outside of the clinic Alayna enjoys rock climbing, hiking, running, skiing, baking and traveling the world.
