
Lead Physical Therapist – Full Time
Greenwood Village (DTC), Colorado
Anticipated Start: Late February 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
N2 Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Lead Physical Therapist to join our Greenwood Village (DTC) clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clinical excellence, leadership development, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a privately owned practice—without the financial risks of ownership.
Clinical Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Independent proficiency in dry needling
- Experience managing a full outpatient schedule
- Strong background in orthopedic care
- A foundation in pelvic health treatment
- A work history reflecting team leadership is preferred (formal leadership experience is not required)
Comprehensive in-house leadership training, ongoing mentorship, and monthly professional coaching with an outside licensed leadership professional are provided. A structured pelvic health mentoring program will also be integrated and tailored to the individual clinician’s experience and goals.

This position requires a full-time 40-hour workweek. Fewer hours are not negotiable after the initial interview process.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $89,000 42.8/hr, auto increase in 3 months when contributions to 401-K start totaling 44.29/hr ($92123.20) at this time annually (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus & Profit Sharing: Activated after successful completion of onboarding and mentorship
- Bonus begins at 40% of profits per pay period following the initial three-month training period and when operational cost expectations are met
- Bonuses are paid each pay period

Our teams are intentionally structured to support sustainable schedules. Work outside of scheduled hours is neither expected nor encouraged.
