OPPORTUNITIES
Role: Full Time Physical Therapist
Location: Uptown, Denver.
Full Job Description: Full-Time Physical Therapist, Uptown Denver
We are hiring one full-time physical therapist at our Uptown location in Denver, Colorado. A strong orthopedics background is required; dry needling, pelvic health, and chronic pain experience are preferred. Training is provided and individualized for the right candidate.
N2’s culture fit for this position is providers who work well as a team, embrace education and mentoring, communicate clearly, are seeking support for a dynamic career, and want a company that lets you operate like a private practice owner, without carrying the risk, the overhead, or the unpredictable income.
Compensation, Ownership, and Growth
Anticipated starting base wages are negotiable between $83,000 and $87,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional bonus pay of up to $20,000 annually (up to $107,000), activated as soon as productivity is achieved and paid each pay period. For candidates with 5+ years of experience interested in a leadership and teaching track, higher salaries and bonus potential are negotiable.
Unlike many practices, your base pay is a true salary. Meaning, it doesn’t fluctuate based on whether a patient shows up or cancels last-minute. You’re paid for your time and expertise, period.
New graduates are welcomed, and our training has been rated as superior and we will make sure you build the skill set toward the niche you want!
N2 also offers a real, structured path to ownership, including phantom equity for providers who grow with the company long-term, a rare offering in outpatient PT, and one most competitors simply can’t match. Movement upward is tailored to the individual, transparent, and supported by lead physical therapists, the company owner, and our leadership and development coach, who is trained in recruiting, leadership, and team dynamics.
Culture and Schedule
Our culture centers on 1:1 care, one-hour appointments, and private treatment rooms for your patients, along with paid documentation time and hour-long paid weekly mentoring and team meetings for additional support.
We build schedules around flexible appointment times and recommended (though not mandated) hours to start. You set your planned schedule, and work outside of it is neither expected nor encouraged. Our teams train for real work-life harmony, not just the promise of it.
Pelvic floors don’t discriminate, and neither do we. At N2PT, we treat all bodies: men, women, trans, and non-binary patients; pregnant, postpartum, and never-pregnant patients; every age, every diagnosis. If you believe pelvic health care is a right, not a demographic, we want you on our team.
N2 provides a full administrative and billing support team to manage insurance billing and minimize administrative burden on providers. We’re in-network with major insurers, so your caseload and income stability don’t depend on out-of-network or self-pay patients finding their way to you. You get a full, steady schedule without having to build a private-pay client base from scratch. You also have access to the business and leadership mentorship to build that cash based clientele in the future, if that’s where you want to direct your clientele and increase your bonus potential.
Learning and Mentorship
Our in-house training programs (initial and ongoing) meet COAPTA criteria toward renewal every two years and are paid and scheduled during the typical work week.
N2 also runs an ABPTRFE-accredited residency program, which means our commitment to mentorship isn’t just a talking point. It’s built into the structure of our company. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced clinician on a teaching track, you’re joining a team where ongoing education and mentoring are core to how we operate, not an occasional perk. Some clinics see students and residents as a liability to work around, but we see them as how our clinicians stay sharp, because the clinicians who teach are the clinicians who know their craft best, and that expertise is what you get when you walk through our door.
Benefits
- Major medical, vision, dental, and life insurance
- Annual continuing education stipend ($1,500/year for full-time, 40-hour employees), in addition to extensive paid mentoring at onboarding
- Flexible paid time off bank (approximately 3.5 weeks annually)
- Sick pay (1.2 weeks annually)
- Holiday pay (1.2 weeks annually)
- Paid sabbatical after 5 years of employment, with additional paths to incentives including our ownership track and phantom equity, a benefit few employers in this field offer
- Employee appreciation days, 2 annually (currently the day after Thanksgiving and the day before or after Christmas, employee’s choice)
- 401(k) automatic enrollment with 3% automatic match after completion of the first 3 months
