Dr. Skavdahl received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ariel is a Nebraska native, and started her career with a Bachelor or Science in Athletic training. She has an extensive background of treating orthopedic training and is especially passionate and skilled at helping people with pelvic pain. Her interest and passion for helping people with pelvic floor problems intensified after she began her own pelvic journey with her first pregnancy and delivery.
Dr. Skavdahl has now finished additional training to become a pregnancy and postpartum correct exercise specialist. She is passionate about reducing pain and improving function while supporting their journey both physically and mentally.
Ariel enjoys getting outside to hike or road cycle, or if inside baking sweets and enjoying coffee.
