Dr. Aneta Rudzinski earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Concordia University-Wisconsin and Bachelors of Kinesiology degree at University of Illinois- Chicago.
Since graduation, Aneta has worked for a private practice and sought learning opportunities to grow her understanding of human function. She has been building her knowledge base by taking continuing education courses through the Institute of Physical Art, and working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist. She is dedicated to using the paradigm which focuses on addressing the mechanical, neuromuscular, and motor control components of her patient’s dysfunctions. Her drive towards a deeper understanding of movement resulted in pursuing additional training specifically for treating the pelvic floor, as she noticed how integral proper pelvic floor engagement was to her patient’s strength, stability, and quality of life.
She has experience with treating a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular, as well as managing chronic pain conditions. Aneta is focused on empowering her patients to maintain healthy, active lives, and working together to achieve and surpass her patients' goals.
Aneta is originally from Poland, grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and is now excited to learn more about what Colorado has in store for her and her husband. She is counting on her patients for recommendations for the best places to explore!
