Dr. Paula Jordan is a New Jersey native who graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2013 with a B.S. in Health Science Studies and a minor in Biomedical Sciences, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. 

She gained extensive experience rehabilitating orthopedic conditions with patients of all ages while living in the greater NYC area. Her interest in pelvic health stemmed from working with many postpartum patients and successfully getting them back to high-level activities. Paula then went on to receive pelvic floor training through Herman & Wallace to further her knowledge and understanding of pelvic floor conditions and treatment. She is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a movement based diagnostic system used to classify movement patterns and direct manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions. 

Paula aspires to use her experience to provide the highest quality of patient care by incorporating positivity, compassion, and a strong work ethic with each and every individual. In her free time, she enjoys functional strength training at F45, snowboarding, and playing with her 2 pups.
