Dr. Lizzie Field is a Portland, OR native who adventured to St. Louis, MO for her education. She attended St. Louis University (Go Billikens!) and attained a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After several years in the Midwest, Lizzie felt the pull westward and has been in the Denver area since 2019.

Lizzie believes that all people deserve to have full, active lives no matter their background, gender, sexuality, impairment, or goals. This belief fuels Lizzie’s pursuit of deeper knowledge and training in pelvic health to provide clinical excellence to all her patients. She feels passionate about breaking down the stigmas surrounding pelvic floor dysfunction.

Lizzie is actively involved with the Academy of Pelvic health with the American Physical Therapy Association working on further training and certification while also advocating for patients. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment to provide a nurturing, safe, and playful environment for healing.

Outside of the clinic, Lizzie has a background in classical ballet and enjoys dance of all kinds as her movement of choice. Additionally, she loves yoga, hiking, home cooking, and curling up with a good book.
