As someone born and raised in Idaho, I have always had an affinity for outdoor recreation and exercise. I pursued this interest in exercise at the collegiate level, and received my bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University in Exercise Science. I went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO in 2018. I practiced three years as an orthopedic Physical Therapist, during which time I became dry needling and SFMA certified. After having a baby I became interested in Pelvic Floor physical therapy.  I have always enjoyed treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, specifically hip and back pain, as well as women who are pregnant.

I am passionate about living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and love reading about nutrition, exercise physiology. I am always looking for new ways to stay active by participating in crossfit, biking, and beachbody programs. In my spare time I enjoy taking my two dogs on runs, golfing, playing pickleball, frisbee golf, and spending quality time with my family.
