Dr. Kneeskern is passionately curious about life. Her Bachelor of of Science was in Psychology as the human mind and body fascinate her. She believes in integrative/holistic health. She created her online course, the Resiliency method, in 2020 that teaches people on how to use the 4 pillars of health: mind, body, spirit and soul, to all work together. She also has a podcast and blog where she tries to share her strength, hope and experience to motivate and uplift others.
Katrina was attracted to Colorado for the beautiful landscaping and outdoor activity, and to further advance her career in pelvic health. She is excited to integrate all of her prior training in the setting at N2 Physical Therapy and help all ranges of people meet their expectations and goals with physical therapy.
Katrina loves the outdoors and runs daily, lifts heavy weights, practices yoga and meditation, and drinking coffee. On the weekends you can find her in a book store, coffee shop, volunteering, or at church after spending a good 2-3 hours enjoying movement and exercise: preferably in nature!
