What is your COVID-19 Mask Policy?

At this time, regardless of vaccination status, everyone entering N2 Physical Therapy  is required to wear a mask.  

Symptom Screening Required Prior to Every Appointment, the Day of that Appointment: 

We are requiring that everybody self symptom check before leaving home to attend an appointment.  If you answer "yes" to experiencing any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours, please reschedule your appointment: 

• fever or chills
• cough
• shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• fatigue
• muscle or body aches
• headache
• new loss of taste or smell
• sore throat
• congestion or runny nose
• nausea or vomiting
• diarrhea
