Position: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist


Role Type: Full Time Physical Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist


Location: Centennial, Colorado

  • Legal to practice in Colorado
  • Dry needling coursework
  • Strong orthopedic skills
  • Strong passion for women’s health
  • Experience with oncology health preferred
  • Continuing education in pelvic health or willingness to train and volunteer prior to start date

Mentorship Program: 


  • Our leadership team at N2 Physical Therapy requires all physical therapists to participate in our Mentorship Program.
  • The program begins with lectures, shadowing, and lab focused on a broad variety of topics including but not limited to female and male pelvic health, pudendal nerve and sacral nerve anatomy and prolapse, management of complex orthopedic pain problems, exercise prescription, prolapse, bowel problems, administration of research supported dry needling into patient care plans, and ongoing case reviews and labs. 
  • All physical therapists at N2 Physical Therapy participate and are active in this program, and we are looking for physical therapists that are collaborative, and dedicated to life long learning in our carefully constructed learning environment. 
  • Eligible to contribute toward formal COAPTA CEU points for every 2 year licensure requirements.

Job Description: 


N2 Physical Therapy's team has strong focus on pelvic health, chronic orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain. We are seeking a full time, Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong skill set in dry needling, orthopedics, and manual therapy to join our team immediately. Pelvic floor experience is preferred, but N2 Physical Therapy provides extensive training and professional development via the internal mentoring program and will train the right candidate in the first 3 months of employment. Our ideal candidate is strong on a team as well as autonomous with patients, values a learning environment and can accept and give feedback, and has a high emotional intelligence. Experience in a busy environment, efficient administrative management, willingness to ask for help, ambition to learn, and excellent communication skills are a must.


Educational benefits include an in-house mentorship program, ongoing mentorship after completion of this program, company learning events, and annual reimbursement for continuing education. Our in house programs (initial and ongoing) meet COAPTA criteria to satisfy points toward renewal every two years.

N2 offers a 401-K retirement plan with an automatic match of 3% regardless of employee contribution, in order to start a savings for our team automatically.  Within our 401-k our company offers an authentic, formal profit sharing when eligible or exceeding performance expectations as additional incentive. Other benefits include the option for four or five day work weeks, sick pay, and a flexible PTO policy bank to encompass both time off and holidays.  PTO is given at a base of four total weeks, but additional PTO bonus is given every pay period for meeting productivity. 


For the current positions our anticipated starting salary base is negotiable between $70,000-80,000 per year and dependent on experience.   Movement up our salary tier is transparent,  and our mentorship program guides employees through this process, setting goals for achieving promotion, and checking in with the employee on these goals frequently. The eligibility for a productivity bonus is immediate and paid every pay period. Each physical therapist that completes our mentoring program undergoes another review at 3 months with potential for a raise if meeting criteria to advance on our salary tier.
