N2 Physical Therapy's team has strong focus on pelvic health, chronic orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain. We are seeking a full time, Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong skill set in dry needling, orthopedics, and manual therapy to join our team immediately. Pelvic floor experience is preferred, but N2 Physical Therapy provides extensive training and professional development via the internal mentoring program and will train the right candidate in the first 3 months of employment. Our ideal candidate is strong on a team as well as autonomous with patients, values a learning environment and can accept and give feedback, and has a high emotional intelligence. Experience in a busy environment, efficient administrative management, willingness to ask for help, ambition to learn, and excellent communication skills are a must.

Our in house programs (initial and ongoing) meet COAPTA criteria to satisfy points toward renewal every two years.

PTO is given at a base of four total weeks, but additional PTO bonus is given every pay period for meeting productivity.
For the current positions our anticipated starting salary base is negotiable between $70,000-80,000 per year and dependent on experience. Movement up our salary tier is transparent, and our mentorship program guides employees through this process, setting goals for achieving promotion, and checking in with the employee on these goals frequently. The eligibility for a productivity bonus is immediate and paid every pay period. Each physical therapist that completes our mentoring program undergoes another review at 3 months with potential for a raise if meeting criteria to advance on our salary tier.
